Darrell R. Roberts

Darrell R. Roberts, 70, of Henderson died Saturday, May 26, 2007 at the Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis, Ohio. Darrell attended the Henderson Church of Christ and was a miner and operating engineer. He was born May 28, 1936 in Pomeroy, Ohio to the late Sherman and Dorothy (Moore) Roberts. Surviving are his children, Cindy and George Jones of Southside, WV; Cathy and Joe McClelland of Monroeville, NJ; and Kem Roberts of Point Pleasant; grandchildren, Joshua and Ashley Jones and Candace Jones of Southside; Jennifer Farestad of Sewell, NJ; Sherri Vergilio of Point Pleasant; and great grandson, Caleb Jones of Southside. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home with Brother Walter Owen Eads, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Henderson Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service Tuesday.
