Darlene Sue Fisher

Darlene Sue Fisher, 63, of Point Pleasant, passed away Monday, February 11, 2019, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 29, 1955, in Point Pleasant, a daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Hazelwood and Juanita P. (Chapman) Hazelwood. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph F. Fisher Jr.; an infant daughter, Stacy Michelle Fisher; sister, Christine Higginbotham Brown; and brothers, James Michael Hazelwood and Gary Chapman. Darlene is survived by three daughters, Jennifer (Lyndon) Gaines of Oak Hill, OH, Jillian (Ronald) Flory of Apple Grove and Melissa (Steven Heib) Fisher of Apple Grove; grandchildren, Kirsten Withers, Ashlie Flory, Brett Flory, Lauryn Heib and Kaitlyn Heib; two sisters, Wanda Swain and Patty Wittman of Point Pleasant; and several nieces and nephews. A private graveside service and burial will be Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant, with Rev. Carl "Boxer" Swisher and Pastor Bobby Patterson officiating.
