Danny Lee Robinson

Danny Lee Robinson Sr., 66, of Henderson, WV, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. He was born June 26, 1954, in Milton, WV, a son of the late Marion "Ash" Robinson Jr. and Phyllis Faye (Black) Robinson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, George Robinson and Marion A. Robinson III; and a brother-in-law, Jeff Sanders. Danny was a member of Concord Baptist Church.He was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1973 and a farmer. He is survived by two sons, Danny L. Robinson Jr. and Grant L. Robinson both of Henderson; a grandson, Ethan Daniel Robinson of Henderson; and nine brothers and sisters, Mary (Donald) Payne of Point Pleasant, Mike (Candy) Robinson of Gallipolis Ferry, Ray (Angie) Robinson of Point Pleasant, Kay Robinson of Point Pleasant, Leasie Robinson of Henderson, Joy Sanders of Lesage, WV, Carolyn Robinson of Henderson, Teresa Robinson of Henderson and James (Candy) Robinson of Henderson. A funeral service will be noon Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Justin Moran officiating.Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery in Henderson.The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral service Saturday at the funeral home.
