Damian Isaac Dean

Damian Isaac Dean, 26, of Ashton, passed away Monday, May 22, 2023, at home.

He was born May 2, 1997, in Huntington, WV, a son of James L. Dean and Nanette Rae Brumfield.

Damian was a graduate of Hannan High School Class of 2015 and a general laborer by trade.  He was loved and will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, James L. "Jamie" and Trinity Dean of Ashton; mother, Nanette R. Brumfield of Ashton; a son, Braxton McBride of Ashton; sisters, Keylee Shae Dean and Chloe Raelee Dean of Ashton; brothers, Caleb James Tyler Dean, Keyton Parker Dean and Jacob Ward Camp all of Ashton. He is also survived by a  maternal grandmother, Nancy Brumfield of Ashton; paternal grandmother, Geraldine Bowman of Glenwood; aunts and uncles, Dion and Debbie Brumfield of Ashton, Laila and Doug Dye of Ashton, Kelly and David Neal of Apple Grove, Chris and Stephanie Dean of Culloden, WV and Justin Dean of Florida; and a host of cousins.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Damian James Tyler Dean; paternal grandfather, Carl Dean; paternal step grandfather, Butch Bowman; and an uncle, Rodney Dean.

Private services will be held at a later date.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are under the direction of Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
