Clifford Otho Hudson

Clifford Otho Hudson, 90, of Henderson, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2025, at Rivers Health.

He was born April 9, 1934, in Henderson, a son of the late Robert Mason Hudson and Katherine Marie (Ord) Hudson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Robert O. Hudson; two son-in-laws, Bruce Fetty and Herman Buttrick; three brothers, Robert, Charles and Richard Hudson; and a sister, Peggy Likens.

Clifford was saved and baptized at Harmony Baptist Church of Southside, WV. He was a retired service repairman from Appalachian Tire in Point Pleasant and a longtime farmer.

He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Betty Florence (Lewis) Hudson; five children, Debra (Calvin) Pierson of Leon, Sandy (Bill) Tomblin of Apple Grove, Donna Fetty of Delaware, OH, David (Karen) Hudson of Henderson, and Jeannie (Tom) Roush of Letart; 13 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Juanita (Sonny) Cossin of Leon and Cora Likens of Henderson; and a brother, John (Shirley) Hudson of Prospect, OH.

A graveside service and burial will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at the Concord Cemetery in Henderson, with Ronnie Cremeans officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
