Charles Robert Blessing

Charles Robert "Bob" Blessing, 78, of Point Pleasant, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2020, at home surrounded by family. He was born October 26, 1941, in Mason, WV, a son of the late Charles Gordon Blessing and Clara Mae (Thomas) Blessing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Brad Bonice. Bob was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Point Pleasant. He was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1959 and Ohio University Class of 1964. He retired as a bank branch manager in Cleveland, OH, was a substitute teacher, coached the Wahama Golf Team and organized the Frank Capehart Summer Golf League. He is survived by his wife, Judith F. (Johnson) Milhoan of Point Pleasant; stepsons, Greg (Lisa) Milhoan of Point Pleasant and Jeff Milhoan of Glenwood; a sister, Nellie Jean Olivine of Colorado; nine grandchildren, Eric (Kim) Milhoan, Sarah (Tony) Boyce, Lexie Milhoan, Haley Milhoan, Joseph Milhoan, Hannah Milhoan, Ryan Milhoan, Russell Milhoan and Alisha Bonice; five great-grandchildren, Gunnar, Jaylen, Aiyden, Parker and Brooklynn; and two nephews. A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, January 9, 2020, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant. Burial will follow at Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant.
