Carol Ann Allbright

Carol Ann Allbright, 73, of Point Pleasant, went home to be with her Lord Saturday, December 12, 2015, at home. She was born January 29, 1942, in Pliny, a daughter of the late Lester Lee Buckle and Beulah Pearl (Sisson) Buckle. Carol was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was a homemaker and had a love for helping the elderly in her neighborhood and church. She was a member of Bellemead United Methodist Church and a 1959 graduate of Hannan High School. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Owen E. Allbright of Point Pleasant; one daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Robert Young of Bidwell, OH; three grandchildren, Katlyn, Allie and Dakota Young of Bidwell; one brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Beverly Buckle of Apple Grove; two sisters and brother-in-law, Dorothy Kinnaird of Point Pleasant and Doris and Curtis Harris of Point Pleasant; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Rev. Chip Bennett and Rev. Farris Burton officiating. Burial will follow at Beale Chapel Cemetery in Apple Grove. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service Wednesday at the funeral home.
