Bonnie G. Holley, 73, of Glenwood, died Monday, May 10, 2010 at the Putnam Care & Rehabilitation Center in Hurricane, WV. She was born April 24, 1937 in Ashton, a daughter of the late Pearly Edward Pike and Edith Marie (Waugh) Pike. Bonnie was a homemaker, caregiver, and a member of the American Legion Post No. 23 Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Holley; two sisters, Ruby Martin and Hazel Cuckler; and two brothers, James Pike and Donald Pike. Surviving are her daughter, Penny Sue Holley of Glenwood; a granddaughter, Holly Cook of Scott Depot; one grandson, Joshua Taylor and wife Natalie of Fredericksburg, VA; five great grandchildren, Alexandria Cook, Oliva Cook, Savanna Taylor, Avalee Taylor, and Fallon Taylor; and three sisters, Dorothy Sturgeon, Bernice Pike, and Stella Knapp all of Ashton, WV. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 13, 2010 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Rev. Ronald Long officiating. Burial will follow in the Pete Meadows Cemetery at Glenwood. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.wilcoxenfuneralhome.com.
