Birdie Franklin King

Birdie F. King, 83, of Point Pleasant, died Saturday, February 23, 2019, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was born August 10, 1935, in Leon, a son of the late Samuel B. King and Lydia Washington (Baker) King. Birdie is survived by a son, Michael A. King of Point Pleasant; five grandchildren, Zoie Stardust Hill of Sidney, OH, Nona Hill of Sidney, Azreal Hill of Sidney, Kalel King of Point Pleasant and Lillian King of Point Pleasant; and several cousins. There will be no public services. Burial will be at the Smith Chapel Cemetery in Leon. Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant is in charge of the arrangements.
