Billy Don Kiggins Jr.

Billy Don Kiggins Jr., 29, of Apple Grove, passed away Friday, October 18, 2024, at home.

He was born December 7, 1994, in Point Pleasant, a son of the late Billy Don Kiggins Sr. and Ronita Lee (Hanshaw) Cremeans.

Billy was a graduate of Hannan High School, Class of 2012 and worked as a general laborer.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Ronita and Jeff Cremeans of Apple Grove; brothers and sisters, Jennifer Kiggins of Apple Grove, J.D. (Brittany Rose) Hanshaw of Apple Grove, Jessica Baird of Southside, Stephanie Baird and Franklin Eves of Gallipolis Ferry, B.J. Baird and Shannon Briscoe of Southside, Cody (Lexi Dale) Baird of Gallipolis, OH, J.C. Conn of Columbus, OH and Sierra Baird and Gavin Jackson of Apple Grove; and dad, Robert Baird of Apple Grove.

A graveside service and burial will be held at 1p.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at the Kiggins - Cremeans Cemetery in Apple Grove with Pastor Brad Kelly officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
