Alice Jane Hatcher

Alice Jane Hatcher, 67, of Leon,passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. She was born December 1, 1953, in Leon, a daughter of the late Dencil Clair Gordon and Madge Lee (Nunley) Gordon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Hatcher; daughter, Angela Dawn Hatcher; sisters, Reba Gordon, Patricia Gordon and Frances Thornton; and a brother, Donald Gordon. Alice is survived by a granddaughter, Alexia Kay Hatcher (Cameron Hysell) of Leon; three great grandchildren, Roman Abel Wilson, Amara Rose Wilson and Jonah Cole Hysell all of Leon; two sisters, Dottie Casto of Leon and Ellen (Leonard) McDaniel of Ripley, WV; two brothers, James '"Bill" Gordon of Pomeroy, OH and Ray (Helen) Gordon of Leon; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no public services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant is in charge of arrangements.
